Anzo Review

No installation instructions provided but pretty much straight forward. Only opportunity was having one set of lines with blue/black and second set black/black. Blue is the hot line. The blue and one of the other two black lines connect to the red line of the parking light and the remaining black lines connect to the black line (ground) of the parking light. Excessive silicone used at manufacturing used to seal the light so some seem to bleed out of the housing but did not affect looks.

Fantastic Set of Driving Lights

Reviewed By Paul M (Vandalia, OH) Reviewed for a 2007 Ford F-150 —2/26/2012 5:58 PM

I purchased the PIAA 520 SMR, Chrome Driving Lights. Pros: Excellent light. The emitted beam from the driving lights, make the night look like day. I commute to work on back roads with deer running and the PIAAs like up the dark. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Cons: Only 2. The switch that is included is a push button switch that is adhered by two-sided tape. This was the first thing I cut off and picked up an LED rocker switch and mounted it on the dash. My only other negative is in the length of the wires in the included wiring harness/kit. My 2007 F150 Lariat Super Crew has the battery mounted on the passenger side. This led to problems with mounting the relay close enough to the battery (short cables) and then still getting the wiring through the firewall of the truck to the dash. I bought some additional 18g black and white automotive wiring and spliced another 8 feet onto the existing wiring to go into the interior of your car. This allowed me enough slack to get it in and to the dash as well as splicing into the high beam wiring harness behind the drivers side head light assembly (wire you want is the dark green one with a black stripe). The engineering in the relay with the wire for the head light splice makes these lights function with out fail just as if they were wired at the factory. These PIAAs are top notch and install was not bad at all. They look great and function better than I expected. Just add a better switch and a few more feet of wire to your harnesses and you will have a Grand Slam. Love these lights.

Great product

Reviewed By Troy B (TAYLORSVILLE, KY) Reviewed for a 2014 Ford F-150 —9/29/2015 8:08 PM

Overall highly satisfied with these taillights. Not a 100% exact fit, but VERY close, just a small gap where the stock lights used to be flush...No modifications needed. Install for both took less than 10minutes. Look great! The only complaint, my turn signals are now fast instead of the normal tick.. I'm guessing this is because of the removal of the lightbulbs, and the direct wire plug-ins.
