zXe bulbs for headlights and running lights 2008 Mustang GT

Apparently they don't make a zXe for the fog lights on my Mustang even though Auto Anything sold me a pair that did not fit after I had taken the whole grill out. I installed the bulbs in my headlights but now the fog lights are dimmer than the headlights even though I paid extra not to have this happen. Most unsatisfied with the fact that Auto Anything did not tell me this fact up front and led me to think I was getting zXe bulbs for all and then found the fog light bulbs did not fit. Not made
