Different High Beams than Stock Nissan Armada/Titan

Reviewed By Stephen F (Fort Collins, CO) Reviewed for a 2007 Nissan Armada —4/22/2012 8:27 PM

Overall the quality and look are great, but 2 issues with the headlights. The standard high beam bulb for the Nissan Armada is a 9005 bulb. These have an H1, which is included. However I already have aftermarket HID lights that are the stock size/type of 9005. Now I need to order new HIDs in H1. My truck will sit taken apart for over a week due to the mix up. Second issue is the stock parking light bulb is dark orange which does not look good when the halo and LEDs are wired into the parking light wiring. It would be a good update to provide a nice color accent parking bulb replacement with the kit... more of a light yellow would look better with the blue/white of the Halo and LEDs. For Nissan Armada or Titans, be really careful taking off the underlight garnish. I broke 2 of the holders. You need to vibrate then toward the center of the vehicle as you disassemble. Good luck. Some super glue mended the parts fine as long as I don't have to take them off again.

Great price for a great product

Reviewed By John T (LAKE STEVENS, WA) Reviewed for a 1982 Chevy C/K Pickup —9/13/2017 3:55 PM

I had to alter the headlight tubs a little to get them to fit. I opened up the back hole around another .250" for the opening to insert the bulb to fit and be accessible without removing the housing. They are good quality and with a good quality bulb seem to have at least doubled the output of the old halogen sealed bulbs.
