Awesome but seems pricy

Reviewed By Daniel T (PUTNAM VALLEY, NY) Reviewed for a 2015 Nissan Xterra —4/26/2015 4:10 PM

Fit perfectly. Look great. Seems expensive for a piece of plastic though. Still cheaper than replacing a lens. Worth the purchase. My car is grey wth black wheels, bumper, and everything else. The black covers look a lot better than the yellow stock guards.

Cool Looking and Strong

Reviewed By Charles B (LONG BEACH, CA) Reviewed for a 2014 Toyota Tacoma —5/24/2016 6:29 PM

These look flimsy in the pics but they are all steel with black powder coating and mount strongly to the inside wall of the bed (see picture inset). They were easy to install but be sure to dry-fit the guard and bend the mounts as needed to achieve a parallel mating surface with the truck.

Good product but difficult installation

Reviewed By Tamas H (FOSTER CITY, CA) Reviewed for a 2004 Toyota Sienna —5/12/2016 12:36 PM

The film is very thick and it appears to protect the headlight well. This should last a good while and prevent damage / yellowing. However on large, curved headlights the installation is not easy. Due to the thickness of the material, it is almost impossible to put the film on without air bubbles. I found that instead of the included squeegee, it is much better to work using just your hands. Start in the middle, work your way outwards, and form the material to the curvature of the lens.
