Just installed the new Spyder headlights. Excellent light output with them unlike the splotchy output I got from the Depot headlights I just removed. The light is smooth and evenacross the entire road, and all that with great looks too. Only problem was that the mounts/adjusters were installed in the wrong place on both lights when I received them. Easy fix though. All I had to do was remove the mounting tabs and relocate them to the correct locations. Obviously should not have had to do this.Altogether I'm very pleased with the lights, brightness, looks, quality(except for the misplaced adjusters).

Spent an afternoon with 2 friends putting these in my xB. I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to body work and electrical but I'm proud to say I did it all myself (with the help of a few service manual pdfs I found online). They are priced very well, came fast, and were in and glowing in a few hours. Don't forget to aim them! Thanks AutoAnything! And remember, there are little stickers on the lights that specifically say you cannot use HID kits with these enclosures. There are other ways to get that cool blue light though, just do your research.

The headlight lenses on my 2002 VW Passat were so clouded over that they looked like they were spray painted beige. Headlight cleaners did nothing. Like anything VW it was a bit of a pain to install... had to take off the grill, and then the bumper, and then this little sub-bumper... and of course they don't make it easy to reach those rear screws.. had to remove some kind of air filter intake hose to get at one. Anyway, keep track and put it all back together the way it came apart and you're good. Now my only problem is the lights look so great the rest of the car looks kind of shabby by comparison!

The headlights come with no direction on recommendation for wiring the LED's up to power. I contacted IPCW through their web site for technical assistance, mainly because I didn't want to void any warranty on wiring them wrong; and they failed to get back to me. So, the head lights are nice. they put out great light. But, the IPCW team obviously doesn't care to respond to inquiries and questions and that mean more to me than good looking lights.

love the lights. had two issues. the description reads "kit", so was surprised when i had to buy the bulbs seperately. also, wasn't expecting to have to modify the headlight buckets to install.
