Won't install without grinding

I will have to alter my truck to make it fit. I either have to grind on the truck or the light and the light is too thin to take it. Certainly a lot flimsier than the stock light and weighs a lot less. Why can't everything be simple?
KC HiLites LED Replacement Headlights

If you do nothing else to your Jeep get a set of these. On dim these are at least 5 times better than stock is on bright. If you live out in the sticks like me the stock headlights make driving at night kind of dangerous,(hogs, deer, livestock) with these you can see down the road and and great side to side vision too. They look good and are great for safety as well.
Great lights. but!

Appearance- they look great on the car. Function- all the lights work and are nice and bright high beams are awesome!. I rated the quality a 2* because the lights seem to be prone to condensation issues I am now on my second pair since July 2014 and sending back this pair for another set through warranty. I am not sure if this is happening to the lights because of bad workmanship or if they are sitting in the warehouse for a long period of time. a bit annoying. fingers crossed on next pair.??
