Spec-D Headlights Reviews

Worth it, but it will take time

Reviewed By Joshua N (HAMPTON, VA) Reviewed for a 2005 Nissan Xterra —9/23/2015 6:47 AM

These lights are pretty cool. The lights they provide are simply subpar but your not paying for those-your paying for the projector light housing. Prepare to spend some time wiring the housing to your vehicles wires because there are more lights than on your stock light housing. Also the lights are not set correctly so some change must occur for the beams to shine correctly. some provided led's were in backwards so if your lights don't come on...troubleshoot the light. However, it's worth it!

Good powerful off road lights

Reviewed By Jason H (North Richland Hills, TX) Reviewed for a 2011 Nissan Xterra —3/7/2013 8:19 PM

Took me longer than an hour by myself but were not hard to install. Instructions are good but don't like stock switch. Wiring length was good to switch. Take fuses out before connecting to battery.

Hella 500 Light Kit Reviews

I can see!

Reviewed By Javier R (Butler, PA) Reviewed for a 2004 Nissan Xterra —3/9/2012 2:09 AM

The headlights of my Xterra seem to be easily diffused, especially on rainy nights, the Hella 500 Lights provide excellent illumination, not only further into the road, but also with a wider beam. I feel much safer driving during rainy nights down, plus, along with the Safari Light Bar, it really accentuates the little SUV, readily enhancing the front end with a more rugged disposition.
