The hardest part was finding the main light connector in the ceiling of the truck, after that the rest was easy. The light is much brighter than the standard brake light.

Initial attempt to install was frustrating due to a hidden connector. 2006 Ford F-150's Third Brake Light connector is "attached" and located behind a metal shield inside the light cavity. When the connector was freed, the wire and connector were easily pulled through the shield opening, and the new light connected nice & easy. Looks good - I wish the weather seal was more substantial.

I got one for my 2000 Silverado and I loved it, used it all the time, now I've ordered 2 for my new 2006 Silverado and the first one didn't work at all and my second one now only the brake light works and not the cargo lights, pretty disappointing
