"Next to a tonneau cover, this was the best thing I've put in my truck. The auto-dimming feature is great. My wife has this same mirror from the factory in her Envoy and that got me hooked on this. Temp reading is right on the money."

"The K21 mirror is a driver's best friend; it does every hing it says it does perfectly, AND it give you piece of mind! We had to have it installed due to our lack of "mechanica," but now that we have one, we'l get another. Great Purchase. Great service, too."

"Pros: Looks great, accurate readings, makes you think how you lived without an autodimming mirror. Cons: Accessory wire cover not long enough for my Mustang, mirror is a little loose on its ball joint. I recommend the mirror with a few reservations but it does what it's supposed to pretty well."

"I bought this for my Dad, he just installed it recently. He said it was super easy to install and everything works on it perfect. A lot of the other compass mirrors you have to recalibrate every time you restart the vehicle, but this one stays calibrated wonderfully! Auto Dimming works great, and the temperture shows in C and F, which a lot of the other aftermarket products did not do. I would recommend this product 100%"

"Because this vehicle was so new I took it to the dealer to have installed. Only took them a couple of hours and a total charge of $120. Not a bad price, seems to be very accurate. I waited a long time for this and not disappointed. Got it for Christmas."

"My last two GM vehicles both had the this same mirror. I didn't realize this Envoy did not have it until I had already bought it. Installation was pretty simple for an average car nut. Less than 2 hrs while watching the Speed channel. Works great!"

Great addition to my 2005 Nissan Frontier

"The Frontier comes with this mirror as an option which I didn't get. I added this mirror after getting used to driving my wife's car with temp/compass. Installation was pretty straightforward and the directions were easy to follow. The longest part of the job was taking apart and putting together the interior panels. The only hiccup I seem to have is the location of the temp sensor. Installed were they suggested, it would rise about 10 deg while driving. Still looking for the ideal spot. The autodim works great. I don't know how to live without it anymore. Compass is self calibrating and works well too. I recommend this mirror for every car."

"I received the Gentex K21 Auto Dimming RearView Mirror w/Compass and Temp very quickly and in perfect condition. It was pretty easy to install, the instructions were very clear and helpful. Once the mirror was in, it calibrated just as expected and I love it. The auto-dimming is great as well - I don't think I've ever had one that works quite this well. I'd recommend this to anyone (make sure you order the cable cover too!)."
