"Overall the mirror does what it says it will do. It is accurate and easy to read. I wish the mirror were about 3/4" longer as my F-250 is a big truck inside. The installation instructions were excellent."

"I installed this on my 2005 GTO and was a little nervous. The site says it doesn't work for a 2005, only a 2006. I knew this was probably wrong as they're 99.9% the same car (less some minor cosmetic changes). The installation was a piece of cake and it works great - highly recommended."

"The mirror works great, but the instructions were way too complicated. After talking to some mechanic friends of mine, I was able to install the mirror myself in just a few hours. Once I ignored the instructions, the entire process went very smoothly. Captain Jim"

"love the mirror, I put one in my truck 8 years ago and it's a must have. I bought this one to fit my new Insight. All the correct parts were sent, but you must first remove the mounting plate on the windshield and replace with the new one (supplied w/glue). THIS was not mentioned. I am now an expert (w/new ws)"

"Once you have one of these mirrors, you find you can't live without it. One came with my Saturn Vue, but when I purchased my new 2006 F-250 it didn't, so I HAD to get one. First off, this mirror offers a much better field of view than the OEM mirror, when towing my trailer with the original Ford mirror, all I saw was the front of the trailer. But with the new Gentex mirror, I can actually also see what's next to the trailer - a great feature! The compass is self-adjusting, all you have to do is set the zone you live in, for magnetic delineation. The thermometer is right on - in either Fahrenheit or Centigrade, your choice. And best of all, you never have to fumble with the mirror to set it for night driving - it's automatic! I had mine professionally installed so there are no messy wires - it looks great. If you want the best, this is it!"

"After some delivery problems caused by Fedex Ground (they would not leave the package without a signature, let me pick it up, or change the deliver address) I received the package. After reviewing the installation instructions I asked my car dealer to install it. The charged me $200. Now that it is installed I am very pleased with the unit. It works perfectly."

"I had one on a previous vehicle and wanted one for my new Trailblazer. I was afraid that it might look cheap / very after market, but you don't know its not factory. Shipping was EXTREMELY fast, and instructions very clear. It took me about an hour to install...not rushing at all."

"Missed having compass and temp as in prior vehicle. Checked with local car stereo installer for cost of installation. $65.00 worth of their headache not mine seemed reasonable. They did break the windshield, however. Not sure if negligence or window chip caused the problem. Zero deductible on Comprehensive insurance made it a moot point. Love the mirror. Auto dimming an appreciated bonus. "ICE" alert nice to have when temps low. "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING OUT HERE" alert when temps are REALLY low would be a good enhancement. Will buy one for spouse's, car next birthday."

"Installation was easy but cumbersome since a good bit of the interior had to be removed but I love this mirror! The auto-dimming feature is just the ticket to avoid being blinded by tall SUVs or pick-ups tailgaiting me. The compass and temp readout are great too. 2 thumbs up!"

"Installation was quite easy, instructions very clear and easy to follow. Web site did not indicate it would fit a 2005 GTO but I took a chance and it slipped right over the factory mount on the windshield. I had this feature on my last car and really missed it."

"Absolutely love this rear view mirror. Although it is a bit on the expensive side, it functions wonderfully. It took longer to read the instructions, than it took for installation. A simple switched +12V and ground connections....what could be simpler? Oh yeah...how about including the "optional" wire cover for this unit? For what I paid for this unit? C'mon people!"
