"I love my new mirror. My truck didn't come with this option, but I wanted it. I found it here at Auto Anything for a fair price, installation was about an hour, and it looks great."

"Love the mirror. I installed it on an 02 Chevy Silverado. It looks and functions great. Installation was fairly easy. Tools need were nothing out of the ordinary except a #15 torx bit small enough to fit into the plastic sun visor mounting brackets. Also, at least on the Chevy, the mirror takes a #15 torx. The mirror was a snap to remove and replace. My only minor complaint is the directions. This mirror can be used in many different vehicles, so the directions were somewhat generic."

"I bought this for my Dad, he just installed it recently. He said it was super easy to install and everything works on it perfect. A lot of the other compass mirrors you have to recalibrate every time you restart the vehicle, but this one stays calibrated wonderfully! Auto Dimming works great, and the temperture shows in C and F, which a lot of the other aftermarket products did not do. I would recommend this product 100%"

"I am really happy with this mirror. We replaced our Grand Cherokee with this Highlander, and the one thing we missed that Jeep had was a built-in compass/thermometer.
This mirror was fairly easy to install (2 hours, taking my time), and was comparable to a stereo installation, I'd say. One time-saver was that the mirror fit right on to the Toyota's factory mirror bracket, so I didn't have to glue on a new one. I was glad that all the connectors and zip-ties were provided, and the instructions were very clear.
It works really well too. The first night I tried it out, the temp went down to 31 degrees. As I started the car, it showed the word "ICE" as a warning and then returned to the temp.
My wife thought the dimming was a bit too dark at night, but having it dim automatically is nice."

"The new mirror worked great and I was able to use existing wiring for the power lead, and only had to run the temperature probe wire. Our new car did not have the outside temperature option like our old car. My wife and I did not think we would miss it, but it turned out the temperature feature was our most missed feature. The temperature reading is very accurate and my wife is now a a happy woman."

"It's a great feature to have in your vehicle.
The unit should come with the optional wire cover. It really should be part of the unit. I would appreciate one at no cost."
