Had the old one off and the new one on in about 20 minutes. You will need metric nut drivers/sockets to remove/install the mirrors.

It's certainly better than the $5 mirror I picked up from another seller. It has the cheap, plastic look of the import market. It does, at least, keep its position while driving, which is more than I can say about the other one. It doesn't have the same feel of quality that the stock, original one on the driver's side has. But since Toyota isn't making many OEM parts for 80's vehicles, this one will do just fine.
