The mirrors were extremely easy to install and remove after use. This is a excellent way to outfit a tow vehicle without purchasing expensive factory mirrors.

My PU had Std factory mirrors when I purchased it. When I bought a camping trailer I purchased a set of mirrors that clip over the fator mirrors. They proved unsatisfatory because the glass was small and they were hard to adjust. The CIPA extendable Side View mirrors work great, they have a large viewing surface, are fully adjustable with the factory remote switch and they extend far enough so that it is easy to maneuver with my 36 foot 5th wheel camper attached.

Once on, they are very stable at high speed and windy conditions. My RV dealer was very impressed with them and is looking at stocking for the more popular model trucks. The trick to an easy install is to thread the nut a little and then snap the clip over the mirror. The instructions say the opposite and you will be swearing the whole time trying it the way the instructions tell you. These mirrors will cover the mirror turn signal and part of the mirror entry lights. Not a deal breaker for me.
