Nice Addition

Reviewed By Marilyn F (Prineville, OR) Reviewed for a 2014 Chevy Silverado —5/21/2015 6:50 AM

Unfortunately, we left on a camping trip the day before the mirrors arrived, so a functional test was not performed. Once we arrived home, I installed the drivers side mirror. The fit and the resulting view was very satisfactory. Just need to install both and go for a ride now to test for vibration, etc. Hope this helps

Good mirror, great look

Of course there are better choices out there. But for the cost and the look, it is definitely a good buy. Easy install if you have a little handiness. Only problem is, if you don't have a truck that is prewired for turn signals, heat, and puddle lamps...then you have to do without that unless you can rewire your truck for it. I will be doing that shortly.

CIPA Universal Towing Mirror

Reviewed By Robert R (Grosse Pointe Park, MI) Reviewed for a 2015 Ford Explorer —5/11/2015 8:12 AM

Good mirror for towing a snowmobile trailer. Installation was straight forward and adjustments were easy. You have to check every so often to insure the hold down straps are tight. The only negative concern was the mounting tabs do not stay in position on the mounting feet. Glue seemed to work better than anything else to keep them in position. An improvement in this feature would be a significant help.
