Finished result is excellent. The fit was off by about a 1/4 inch the first time I did it. I took off the padding that came with the mirror and used the paddding from the old mirror which was thinner and that fixed it. Still a bit off at the top but that is probably because I didn't notice I had to take off the rubber corner protector so the first time I put it on it got seated wrong. Take the rubber protector off. It seemed obvious afterwards. Doh! A little tricky to put on. I had to remove the whole door panel and the internet had 10+ wrong articles on removing my door panel before I finally found one that was right (2008 Grand Caravan - only 2 screws then pry it off)

The mirrors worked fairly well. Installation was fairly easy, although you need to get adjustment of rubber feet right in order to get proper horizontal positioning to be able to see trailer. They showed a little vibration at highway speeds. Biggest complaint is that rubber pads do not stick well to rubber feet on mirrors.
