Now that I have my mirror on, I am very happy with it. I was NOT happy though, to find NO instructions were included with my mirror. I even got on the Live Chat to ask about instructions, and was assured that there would be complete instructions included. And another reviewer said they replaced theirs in 5 minutes, in the rain. I spent a lot of time on Google, to find instructions and videos to assist me. And, I had trouble reaching all the nuts with the tools I had available.

It's certainly better than the $5 mirror I picked up from another seller. It has the cheap, plastic look of the import market. It does, at least, keep its position while driving, which is more than I can say about the other one. It doesn't have the same feel of quality that the stock, original one on the driver's side has. But since Toyota isn't making many OEM parts for 80's vehicles, this one will do just fine.
