Nice Look, but difficult install.

"I installed these on my '02 Chevy Silverado, with factory fender flares already on my truck. The instructions were correct for the front wheels, and needed no drilling or customization. On the back wheels however, I had to drill custom holes that weren't called for in the directions. I also couldn't use all the supplied screws needed. It holds on there anyway, but the directions should have been more specific for my personal application, since information on my truck was gathered at the point of purchase. The whole install for all 4 took me about 2 hours, and there is not much fender well clearance now for my tires (265x75xR16). If I go to a larger tire, I will probably have to lose the fender flares and mudflaps. Overall I am still glad I got them because they look very sleek and blend perfectly with my fender flare color."

"The mud guards installed very easy and fit great. 25-30 minute installation. I did not paint mine to match the paint on my truck. They still look great as the black matches the black plastic already on my truck."

"Mud flaps were made for the Hummer 3 and they fit perfect, with no extra effort to attach. Material looks like they will last many years. Only disappointed in fact that flaps did not match picture in ad."

"Like the interior mats, the Husky brand is just that.. Husky. Had them previously on an H3 and unlike basic mud guards, they simply do not bend, so they always look nice."

"I am very impressed with how well these splash guards fit. The mounting holes match up perfectly with the factory holes. I highly recomend them, if you have the same pickup anyway. I am sure they fit others just as well."

On My Hummer H2

"I've never seen mud guards on any H2 in my area, so I was leary about their appearance. Wow!!!! I can't believe how sharp they look on my rig. They fit like they were installed at the factory. The front guards were very easy to install using the existing factory screw slots. The rears were a bit of a challenge because the factory holes are larger than the screws. Once I got the screw clips in place, the installation went fairly well. I am so very pleased with this product and highly recommend it to anyone. John Elk Mound, WI"

"I received my order in just a few days, much quicker that I expected. The Husky Mud Guards came with very good instructions and were no problem to put on. The decals used to protect the paint didn't quite fit the shape of the fender but I was still able to use them. I put a dab or black silicone in each of the screw holes to help keep rust from forming in the holes. Thanks for your fast service and a quality product."

Mud Guard review

"I have had my Husky Mud Gaurds on my truck for a month now and they are performing perfectly. With a large 33 inch set of new tire stones can be an issue. With these new Guards on my truck I have had a significatly less number of stones hitting the bottom of my vehicle causing paint chips."
