"These mudguards offer superior protection and have a very factory fit and look. You will need to drill one hole each for front and two holes each for the rear guards. Other fasteners are pre-existing holes."

"The Husky mud guards were very easy to install and gave me what I was looking for. They help keep my truck clean and blend in with my running boards which are also black and yet look very much a part of the truck. They are also very strong and give a posive look, yet simple."

"Pros: -'Custom Fit' Alignment with fender. -Paint protection film included. Cons: -Only 3 of 4 bolt holes line up with metal part of fender. Theres nothing but plastic fender liner behind the innermost bolt hole."

2005 Chevrolet Suburban Husky Mud Guards

"The kit was very good with clear instructions and the finished product has an original equipment-look. My wife likes them, so that's encouraging. I am a little worried about the 3M film that I put on to protect the paint--I wonder if it will cause some corrosion to the fender area based on the soapy solution that was required for installation. I think I would feel better if there was no liquid involved in the adhesion process. Otherwise the splash guards look great. It took my son and I about two hours to do all four. We had to jack up the rear wheels and remove the rear tires to drill holes in the fender to complete the project."

2005 Ford Escape--Husky Mud Guards

"The fit is only about 90% as it does not fit the curvature of the wheel wells very well. I was disappointed in tbe quality of the guard, was hoping for a heavier duty rubber. Mounting was tricky, had to jack up car which made it unlevel, remove wheel, and guess where to drill the holes to mount the guards. Had to remove and reinstall 3 times before it looked OK. Don't think I would recommend these for the Escape until they redesign it with a better fit. Also, could only screw the mounting screws into plastic on the escape. No provision to attach to metal, not sure how long this will hold. Could not decide to give this product 2 stars or 3 so I gave it the better score. They look good from a distance but not sure how long they will stand up to normal driving, car washes, etc."

"I purchased the Husky Mud Guards for my 05 Ford SuperCrew Lariat. I had them painted Arizona Beige to match the lower accent color. They installed easy enough, and look great. They have not been on the truck long enough to rate wear and protection value, but I don't anticipate any problems. Highly recommended for your application."

"Made for my Dakota and look like it. I used rustolem plastic furniture paint and got a near perfect match to my Bright White Dodge. The mud gaurds look like part of the truck."

"Fit very nicely to the contour of my truck. Mounted very easily. I would have liked them to be 3-4 inches longer though as at their given length, they do allow some debris to hit the vehicle aft of the wheel wells. Overall though, nice product."

"The guards fit well and compliment the lines of our Z71. The only thing I was not aware of was the need to drill additional holes as opposed to "snap on". A little nail polish to seal the screw heads and we should be fine. The truck is certainly cleaner, longer."
