Husky Liners Mud Guards Part #56001 Customer Reviews
Reviewed by Ken A (AURORA, CO) Reviewed for a 1996 Dodge Ram — Nov 08, 2013 9:30 AM
Great material and install equipment. Only thing that proved to be a challenge was drilling out on the rear due to the tire being in the way. Installed in approximately 45-60 min.

The mud flaps are good quality and easy to install. They fit like a glove and took only one hour to install. I hope they serve the purpose and keep the side of my truck a little cleaner.

These mud guards are molded and rigid. Although the outside appearance is very appealing, the inside facing the wheel is hollow. The description and pictures in AutoAnything and Husky websites, do not inform you of this. To my avail, I discovered these mud guards have a cup-like hollow cavity on the inside. The previous molded mud guards from Dodge had a smooth side (to the wheel side) with no cavity, making the mud guard more ridge and easier to keep clean and nice looking. See picture
