"2012 4runner - As owner's of the 5th generation 4Runner know, running boards and mudflaps are not standard equipment as was on the 4th generation 4Runner. With research, I ordered both Husky mudflaps and OEM Toyota mudflaps online. When I read the installation directions for each, I noticed that the OEM mudflaps required drilling and the Husky did not. Therefore, I went with the Husky brand mudflaps because I did not want to drill into my brand new vehicle. I install the Husky mudflaps last weekend and it went very smoothly. The fit was very good. The only complaint, which is very minor, I have is the rear mudflaps are not exactly parallel with the tires. For some reason, the rear mudflaps are slightly angled toward the front on the inside. I can push on inside corner and they straight up, but they go back when I release the pressure.
By the way, the Husky WeatherBeater cargo and floor liners also are another Husky product that should be standard in all 5th gen 4Runners. They fit like a glove and hold a lot of water and dirt. Order the Husky WeatherBeater cargo and floor liners when you order the Husky mudflaps." —Larry H from Rapid City, SD bought a Husky Liners Mud Guards for a 2012 Toyota 4Runner.
