"The installation was easy enough, but do yourself a favor and throw away the button head allen bolts that mount the brackets to the truck and buy stainless steel hex head bolts instead. The allen heads strip easily when torqued. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the looks and function of these nerf bars."

"I picked NASTA becuaase of it's all stainless steel construction and higher weight ratings than the comptetitors. I installed my NASTAS in about an hour on my 09 Silverado. The directions were easy to follow. After buying them, I asked my buddy what kind of nerf bars his insurance just put on from his accident and he said "NASTA, that's all they use." That confirmed it for me!"

"I bought the black finish Nerf Bar because my truck has no chrome finish on its sides. The bar looks awesome, it blends nicely with the profile of the truck as though the factory installed them when they built it. The bar feels sturdy when stepped on although it has a bit of "bend" when someone over 150 pounds steps on it."

"I received the bars earlier than I was promised (Good job AutoAnything!)The bars came in undamaged and were even shrink wrapped with instruction to leave the shrink wrap on during installation (to avoid scratches) The instructions were the worst I have ever seen. They had one VERY generic illustration (not vehicle specific)showing one mounting hole front and one rear. My truck has about 5 holes on each side. As you have to install the brackets to the frame first the instructions leave you wondering which holes they are talking about. A quick measurement told me which ones and the rest was easy. As a matter of fact I installed these within days of having carpal tunnel surgery on my hands. Great bars, easy to install, horrible instructions."

"Can't beat stainless steel for half the price from a dealer install. Only caveat was the install instructions - not clear for this model truck. One call from Sales manager at Nasta cleared it up. Had 'em on in an hour, no flaws on the pipes and bolts tightened up snug. Nasta is working to improve the instructions, which should help anyone getting these for their truck. These really add to the look of the Tacoma TRD and they are solid. Highly recommended."

"Looks great, lots of compliments. Bars stick out slightly more from the rear vehicle which actually looks nice. Mounting hardware is universal and not side specific, which comes off a little cheap. Otherwise, a great deal and after a few months they are still havent chipped or faded. Also, only took about 20 minutes to install."

"Bought the Nasta Nerf bars solely based on a recommendation from a total stranger. Spoke with a gentleman in a Lowe's parking lot about his nerf bars. He proceed to elaborate about all the features and how wonderful and happy he was with them. That was all I needed. Went home and ordered them that day and I'm happy I did. Wonderful product. Thanks"

"everything was nicely wrapped and arrived undamaged. all parts were present and I had them installed in about 30 minutes... Look great on my 2008 Chevy Crew 2500HD my wife now can get in comfortably instead of hopping into the cab."

"Step bars arrived very quickly and pretty well packed. The bars were individually wrapped for protection which was nice. Now the bad. The instructions are an absolute joke. I cannot believe Nasta allows that garbage to go out under it's name. The instructions are vague, out of order, repeates itself and leaves out vital steps. Yes, with some mechanical inclination you can figure it out, but it will not be due to the included instructions. If you can figure things out - I reccomend these. Stainless hardware is nice."

"Installation was easy, only decision to make concerned RH vs LH, had to figure that out yourself, not in the instructions. My neighbor a powder coater by trade, says they are very well done. So far I am extremely pleased, as is my wife who can now gracefully get in and out."

"So people undersatand I ordered mine in black to match my truck; and I must say it looks stealth. The bars appear to be made of high quality material. Insallation was easy,with the help of a friend. I did need to get some longer mounting bolts, the ones that came with the bars were too short. I've gotten a few compliments on how they look compared to the usual chrome. Customer service was top notch. I would highly recomend these bars to anyone looking to buy a high quality item for a reasonable price."

"The bars look great and the hardware used to support them are very heavy duty stainless steel. For my '04 Tacoma there were some modifications I had to make to the instructions by widening the hole in the frame at the front of the truck to accept the prefab bolt required to fit in the frame and I couldn't face it towards the rear of the truck as instructed due to a cross member in the frame. But overall the installation was straight forward and I am happy with the purchase."

"They make my Jeep look nice and like I paid alot more for it then I did.Iam going to buy one for my 2004 Dodge 1500 club cab soon. It's hard for me to get up and down off the gound but I still was able to install them with little trouble. It only took 2 or 3 days to get them Iam very happy overall. thanks Stephen"

"The Nasta Nerf Bars are great. I really liked the stainless steel harware. The last set of nerf bars that I had rusted off and took for ever to get off the truck. The Nasta Nerf Bar was extremely easy to install and they really do look nice. Way better than the old rusted ones that I just pulled off."

"I had a local company charging $500.00 for installing lesser quality chrome bars, I tried Autoanything, what a shock. Their prices were 30% cheaper and quality was 100% better. I have since purchased a bull bar, exhaust tip, bug shield. I LOVE AUTOANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
