Steelcraft 4" Straight Oval Nerf Bars Customer Reviews

The taller the truck, the tougher the look. Unfortunately, these towering steel chariots can be a little tricky to hop in and out of when they’re soaring up in the clouds. While you might be tempted to string a gym class climbing rope to the roof of your rig, this option just isn’t practical. Instead, slip on a set of Steelcraft 4" Straight Oval Nerf Bars.
Engineered to give you a leg up, Steelcraft 4" Straight Oval Nerf Bars are wider and flatter than old-school round nerf bars. Plus, the huge-honking polyethylene foot pads are mounted inside of recesses in the tubes.
More than just a burly step-ladder for your rig, Steelcraft 4" Straight Oval Nerf Bars’ slick styling boosts your street presence. Pick from either the head-turning polished stainless steel finish with a Lifetime Warranty, or go with the trick black powder-coated carbon steel nerf bars with a 5-year warranty. Both options come with custom mounting brackets for a sturdy no-drill installation on most vehicles.

While they look nice on the truck and weren't to hard to install they in my opinion aren't very functional in that they don't stick out far enough. You can only get the front part of your foot on them to step up on. Just a couple of more inches would make a big difference.

First off fast delivery, easy instructions for a one Man job. Took about an hour to do with minimum tools. Changed the hole look of my truck and now my Wife and kids don't need a boost!!

These really dress-up my Jeep Wrangler. I took the time to separate and individual-bag each size of bolt and washer which proved invaluable when installing, which took roughly 2 hours. One bracket had a small area where the paint had chipped off so I spray painted it before installation. The real test of these will be whether the steel brackets get further chips and begin to rust. Overall, very pleased.

The Nerf Bars came in a great condition and excellent packaging. Instructions and color code was very helpful, however one part was with wrong color and it took a bit to figure it out. Over all looks great and I'm hopping will keep them for long time.

Very impressive especially for the money.Shipping was very expedient with all washers, bolts, and nuts included. The nerf bars were highly polished and wrapped to prevent scratches. Instructions are straightforward and installation took about two and one-half hours, including clean up. The fit and subsequent appearance is excellent. Once again....very impressive especially for the money.

I want the stainless bars that have the steps for each door entrance and also a step for the front of the bed, I think you call them wheel to wheel. Also Im a big guy, I weigh close to 400 pounds so I need something that will hold up to my weight along with the mounting brackets that will hold up over time!
