"I got my nerf bars in, there a nice looking product. However your instructions "suck" some of the worst I ve ever seen. I just tossed them and figured it out on my own. Besides being in French,Spanish etc they were very poorley written, hard to understand and follow, the print was so small I could hardley read it. The Xerox pictures were also poor quality and didnt really show the things you really needed to understand on how things attached. Plus you shouldnt have to break OEM hardware loose. example: 2 bolts at the bottom of the front fenders which casues a break in the factory undercoating and paint. Your brackets should bolt up without disrubting any stock fastening systems. I ve seen other products that can be attached without having to take out stock bolts or break paint. Overall a good product, bad presentation to the installer."

"The Reward - a very serviceable, sharp-looking upgrade. The Challenge - second-guessing the very poorly prepared instructions. It took much longer to install because of how the instructions were written. I am a tech writing instructor - these would get a grade of C-."

"I received my order in 4 days and my other products followed. They fit like a glove and made my new 2009 Silverado Crew stand out. took about 15 minutes to install, and that was only because the time it took to break free the trucks bolts. The bolts supplied the treads were too small but the factory ones were long enough. Thanks for a quick order and great product."

"Easy installation. The only problem with the instructions, is that it doesnt state that you have to use the pre-existing body bolts to mount the brackets for the steps. Other then that the install was easy, did it by myself in an hour. Looks great and would suggest these to a friend. This is the tenth thing I've bought from Auto Anything and will continue to do so in the future. The Black on Black looks amazing."
