are different brackets available to customize mounting height?

Hi John, Mounting heights are preset. Figure that the bars are tested with a certain amount of leverage in mind when you step on them. Changing the mounting height would change the geometry and could result in the bars snapping off of the truck.

You have to go through all of the selection drop-downs in order to see the final price. The display prices show a range from the lowest price offered to the highest. All prices are for specific applications. Thank you for your question.

What is needed to install these running boards? Are extenders available to bring the boards our further along the mini-van?

Hi Joe, these Include vehicle-specific brackets for a super easy installation. They are designed to run right along your van's rocker area, not so sure about extending them any further than that.
