"Their instilations instructions are in need of a little help. The attatching bars have a L or R stamped on them. Picture is taken from under vehicle. It would be so simple to state both brackets with (whater identification they chose to use) go on driver's side with attatching tabe facing reont of vehicle. It took half of the instilation time to figure this out"

"The biggest problem I had was trying to find the holes in the quarterpanel the instructions referred to for installation. Once I found them, installation was a snap. They look awesome on my pickup. Thanks."

"Very well made and easy to install. They look great on the truck and replaced an older pair that had rusted away."

"Installation was very simple. It took longer to make sense of the directions than to install them. Everything fit together to my surprise. It took about a week for delivery and approximately 30 minutes to install. I would recommend this product to everyone."

"I bought the steelcraft based on reviews and that I wanted something cheap. They were cheap and auto anything was GREAT! Good customer service, quick shipping, etc.
The stepbars (black) arrived while i was out of town, when i got home and opened the box they had a bad spot right on top of the passenger step...oh well...then i started putting them on and the directions were ok but i did have to make a phone call to get past one part that was not very clear in the directions.
Also, the stepbars did NOT come with all of the required parts. I had to make a trip to home depot to pick up some washers and bolts because they shorted me.
All in all, for the price, I am happy."

"It would be hard to beat these for the money. Install fairly easy. Had to "tweak" Driver Front bracket a little to fit. Rock solid platform. Do not stick out too far. Overall, good product, for a better price."

"When I got them they seemed to be a bit flimsy and I thought they would flex and bend under weight once installed. I have only had them installed for about 3 weeks but they seem to be holding up. I am about 200lbs and do not seem to flex so todate, I am pleased with them - the price was right and they arrived very quickly and installed nicely."

Great alternative to OEM for Element

"I really like the way these look on my Element, provide a sturdy feel for washing the roof or assisting in getting my small of stature wife out of the back.
The instructions leave MUCH to be desired, and the bars were mis-labelled side for side, but if you are the least bit mechanically inclined it's not more than an hour project taking your time."

"I am not mechanically inclined at all, but I put these on in 30 minutes with just a socket wrench. The instructions were clear, the parts were identified and they fit my truck perfectly. The price can't be beat. Thanks AutoAnything!"
