The look and quality of the product is great. The instructions and easy of installation were not. The instructions were looked like copies of copies with pictures that were hard to see. The hardest part of the install was getting the bars level, which took some time.

The only negative I have is that they mount too close to the body of the vehicle. When entering the truck, you can get a firm footing but exiting the vehicle it is tough to get much more than the heel of your foot on the runner. Quality and appearance are good, price is right also.

I am very pleased with the look of the bards. Compared to the standed oval, chrome plated ones seen on most trucks, these stand out. The instructions are fine except that the pictures are indeed horrible. If Aries simply punched LF, LR, etc. or put a sticker with the part location on it (like my Westin Wind Deflectors) then it would be perfect. Price a bit on the high side, but considering the look and functionality compared to other, I'm satisfied. Took about 1.5 hours to complete.

The nerf bars look absolutely great on my truck with one exception. In none of your pictures anywhere can you see that the step pads say "Canadian Deluxe Aries" with the Canadian Maple Leaf on them. Call me patriotic, but I would have preferred not to have that on there. Had I seen that on the picture I would not have purchased these particular nerf bars. Just sayin.

Overall it took less than an hour to install, but I do recommend using an impact wrench to really tighten the bolts. Oh, did I mention that they look AWESOME! I really like that these step bars actually attach to the frame & not the rocker panel. A Huge plus!

Bars look great. Instruction are the worst. And why wouldn't you label the parts?? But don't get me wrong they are sturdy and are priced great.
