Delivery was right on time , but one if the bars had a small dent already in it. Instructions were bad ther instructions said there was a driver side and passenger side bar , but they was no way of telling, because they were not marked. Chat with autoanything and they said I would have to call a service number , but they were close on the weekends. I had to figure out how to install myself . NOTE Best if you get a breaker bar with ratchet attachment to remove the cab bolts.

The nerf bars look great. Installation was no big deal. I was wondering why they were wrapped in 2 different colored pieces of plastic. Didn't say anything on the box as to why. However, I figured it out. There is a left & right bar.

The bars look great. The install instructions need a little work. The pictures are hard to see and the instructions should tell you that the parts are stamped RF, RR etc. to assist with where they go on the truck. It took about an hour to install the driver side and about 15 minutes on the passenger side.

They went on easily, installed myself with just a ratchet. Used the factory bolts, supplied bolts were too narrow. Didn't matter though, they work fine.

The installation was easy on my 2011 1500 crew cab I used the stock body mount bolts. Leave the mounting brackets loose and install step then tighten body mounts. This makes for extremely easy installation.

Look and fit great! Money well spent. Only took half hour to install. The only thing they could improve is there instructions.

Black Sierra---went with the Black E-Series Nerf Bars instead of the stainless steel. It looks great, the black definitely was the right choice. Installation would be GREATLY improved had I owned a pneumatic tool. It was TOUGH getting the chassis bolts off. With the 2011 you reuse the bolts, not the bolts in the kit. GO to Youtube and you can find the installation videos--would have decreased my installation time in half had I watched them before I did it.
