It would be much easier to install if the design used the existing nut in the frame on the rear. They use the existing nut on the front but you have to slide a nut welded to a plate through the frame to make the rear attachment. Better design would improve ease of installation.

Bought these for my 2011 Wrangler Sport and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy to install they were, most of the reviews I had read said it was quite a task. Far from it. They look good, fit well, and are were delivered right on time. The only downside is that I wish they protruded from under the vehicle just a tad bit more!

My 2010 Jeep Wrangler looks so much better with these bars, and now it's easier for the kids getting in and out too. The instructions aren't bad, but could be better. I'm used to poor instructions for internet purchases, but these weren't the worst I've dealt with. I understand why some people feel the instructions are lacking. The most important thing I disliked about the instructions was they left out torque values for the nuts and bolts. I'm the king of over-torquing and stripping bolts, but luckily I've been learning my leasson and didn't strip any in this kit. In the end, you're not building an engine so if you make any mistakes, you'll figure them out easy enough. There are only six parts to install, so you can't mess this up too bad.
