I have a 2004 F150. I bought these to replace the original bars. First I had to remove the old ones, it took about 3 hours. The bolts were rusted shut, wd40 didn't help and some of the clip nuts broke, I used channel locks to hold the stem of the old clip nut and was able to remove the stripped and broke ones but I had to a use hack saw on one bolt. Installing the new nerf bars only took about an hour. All the needed hardware was there. I did notice the instructions mixed up the placing of the brackets, the tab at the end of the brackets should face inwards on each side -> <- otherwise an easy install. The steelcraft sit about an inch or two higher than the original bars and are of very good quality. These were $100 less than OEM.
