I installed these in a couple of hours. I could have done it much quicker if I hadn't mixed some of the washers up. They look great but you can tell they aren't OEMs.

The directions were a little confusing and took longer than expected to attatch everything. 3 hrs total. I was missing a few washers but installed it none the less.

Really good deal -- a steal -- at this price. Installation is easy ONLY IF you really read the directions. The bar mounts to your frame using bolts/brackets that you install in some holes you will find covered in rubber seals...not the four holes you would guess it goes in. Fits like a charm and is easy -- but pay attention.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. They look as expected and are nice on my truck. Also, I found them fairly easy to install, despite the fact that the instructions included with the product are essentially useless. They are solid once installed and it's much easier to get in and out of the truck with them on the vehicle. My biggest complaint with this product is the quality--I found the nerf bars themeselves to made of a much lighter gauge metal than I expected--each bar only weighs about 10-15 pounds (guesstimate) and seem to give a bit when you step on them, despite being installed very snuggly. Also, after having them on my truck for only about a week, I noticed that the one on the driver's side of the truck has a dent on it--it appears to be a vertical 2-inch crease likely created by someone slamming their vehicle's door into my nerf bar. While the paint did not chip, I was very shocked that this could have happened as I expected them to be more durable. Because of this, I'm not sure that I would order them again and I would replace them, were it not for the hassle of taking them off the vehicle, mailing them back, etc. If you order them, be aware that they're not constructed of a very heavy guage of steel. Especially if you have a 4X4 or use your truck for construction or industrial use, I might consider another product. However, for the price and functionality, they are okay and I guess I'll live with the dent!
