the bars were shipped fast the price was good and the bars are good quality..at first putting on the driver side it took us about hour lol only because the main bolt in the truck needed lil extra muscle to get off so dad to the rescue. the passenger side was a breeze..def i recomend these bars. im only 5'4 and these bars make it so much easier for me to get into my truck now and im a female and put the bars on so if i can do it you can do it too lol

These nerf bars have only been on my 4 runner for a month, but so far so good. Was told by customer service rep they would be replaced if they rust. I paid my local shop $170 to install both nerf bars and a bull bar. Will follow up if any problems occur.

I was in the market for running boards as a gift to my roommate for his 2010 4Runner and calling dealerships yielded nothing but prices in the $600 range. Sounding pricy, I consulted the knowledge of the many 4Runner owners who are active in forums on the internet. The general concern was that the OEM running boards don't stick out far enough to actually get a foot onto, so I decided to look for these Nerf bars which were highly recommended. I am so glad I did! They were easy to install (about 1 1/2 lazy hours) and they look great! The stainless steel bars really set off the chrome accents on the car and they are strong and completely functional. Highly recommended.

I shopped the Internet for 2 months and could not find a better deal. Installation was fairly straight forward and there is ample adjustment in/out, front to back to get your desired results. After the first side it took about 15 minutes to install the other side. You will need metric sockets and wrenches to do the install. These bars look great on the truck! We are very happy with the appearance which in my opinion looks 10 times better than the stock Toyota running boards.

received my nerf bars last week. The installation is not hard, but to adjust how much they stick out, you will just use your visual judgement. I say visual judgement because there is around 1" worth of movement on the brackets. The bars came with a deng on one of the bars. But I can tell these bars are not to quality. The slightest hit will leave a deng. They came with a life time warranty, but I am sure if I read the fine print that it will be on something silly that will never happen. They can be scratched easily too I can tell. I want to return them, but the oem running boards from toyota are not user friendly. I paid only $220, so I will just keep them I guess.

This was not as easy to install as I thought on my 2011 4-Runner. With a few breaks it took me 5 hours. I am a little handyman challenged though. Looks great though

The bars llok great on my 2010 4runner limited. The only problem I had were with the mounting brackets , they had to be bent a little to get them in the right position but other than that it was pretty easy .
