The nerf bars are very pretty, they enhance the looks of my truck. installation was horrific. i started to put them on myself;however, the front plates fit fine, the back plates didn't work out at all. after 4 hours and 1 front bracket, i gave up. i called the shop where i have my work done and they too had some difficulty. the hardware was mismarkedi.e. passenger was really driver and vice versa. if they would have been put on as marked, the footpad woulf have been too far back on the vehicle. so after drilling some holes for both rear brackets and switching the hardware for both sides---they are on and positioned properly.

Although reviews that we looked at said these were easy to install, they weren't. To install the back bracket a hole had to be drilled to attach it. The instructions were difficult to see as they appeared to be copies of copies. We went to the website and printed new instructions and they were much clearer. On the positive side, they look nice once installed and do the job. They seem to be well made.
