I purchased these in black for my black Sierra. Wow. Top quality at an incredible price. The tread area is large yet stylish. The oval replaced my old 3" tubes. Huge improvement. Buy these and you won't be disappointed.

The bars were a breeze to install and look great. They don't stick too far out, but are out enough to give a solid stepping point. My only gripe is I bought a good brand in hope they would have good end seals. When installing I noticed the ends were open the the elements. They are pushed up to the bracket but moisture could seep in. They are powder coated pretty good it looks like but I'm sure they will last the life of the truck with proper cleaning. Overall I'm totally satisfied.

Fit perfectly on my 2007 Silverado 1500 (takes a little patience and penetrating oil to get those 8-year-old bolts loose on the truck, but it worked out fine). Look great and feel solid.

I was very impressed with my Westin 4" Platinum Oval Nerf Bars. They were very easy to install (no drilling). They look great on my 2008 Silverado. The only thing is, I was expecting chrome or "platinum" , but I got black ones. The picture showed chrome bars, but I still like the ones I got. I think they will hold up better in the long run.

Bought these initially for the price and mostly good reviews and I gotta say they aren't wrong great looking bars, easy install, work as intended. But some small critiques would be that the black plastic steps should be nonslip/rubberized I just ended up plastidipping them so my shoes wouldn't slide. I also kind of wish they were a touch lower but that's just because I have tall feet. They are otherwise really great and look awesome on my truck.

I installed the recommended 4 " oval nerf bar model on my 2006 Chevy Silverado (extended cab) they do not have the clearance from the cab body the picture portraits. They look good but are not as functionally as I expected. I have to turn my foot sideways to benefit, which is not good for one's back. While I rate them high in the specific areas, overall I am bummed because they are not a good fit for easier access to the cab and are just about useless for exiting.
