The install is tedious anyways bc of having to run wires all over. My problem was that the wiring harness didn't have quite enough slack, so I had trouble mounting the control box where the instructions said. Also, the instructions tell you to install the boards first, but I had to take them back off to install the lights and hook up wires. Make sure they are all the way out when installing them first. It was also helpful to have a youtube clip to supplement the instructions. The boards R great!

Boards arrived in box packed well and instructions very easy to follow. Installation was not difficult and took only couple hours to install. Boards operate and look great on vehicle

Instructions were on point and straight forward. They look great and function properly. Quality craftsmanship, buy I still think they are priced high. Try to install the motors with brackets fully open. If not perfect, they will selfadjust after you connect power. I also fished a 6ft piece of twine down thru the floorboard hole to make running the wires into the cab easier.Use the zip ties to hold your motor covers in place. Not the plastic pins.Must have if you like the look of NO running boards

These steps are easy to install especially if you get the plug and play option. It's like buying furniture from ikea. Price is fair and you could find other cheaper solutions but you are getting a quality built product. If you don't like the look of tube style steps this is your answer.

This is my first time I ever used this type of product. I was skeptical about it with the high prices comparing to standard side steps. However, after using it for some time, I love it! I like the way how it open up whenever I open the doors and having the lights displaying on the step in the dark. I think it is worth it!

Kit is built very well. Directions are simple and easy to follow. Bought the plug and play setup so wiring was a breeze. Only complaint is the rivets that hold the motor covers are a pain to install. Yes, these step boards are expensive but if you like the look of no running boards this is the way to go.

The steps are the right height and the led lights do a great job at lighting the steps.I installed myself with basic tools. The directions are great and easy to follow.4 holes are required to be drilled but grommets are included. The holes are for the LEDS.THIS IS IMPORTANT! Check to see if you have normal "mini" fuses OR if they are "LOW PROFILE" MINI fuses. If you have the later the included fuse adapter WILL NOT WORK! You will need to get an "add a fuse" at your local parts store W/mini fuses.

The design is fairly well thought out and materials appear to be robust, but for the money I suppose some moulded rocker panel facades fore and aft the step would give a more seemless factory look. Easy installation, I recommend getting a package of 3m zip tie mounts to secure the wires along undercarriage and along engine firewall, but that's just my OCD talking.

The quality of the product is outstanding. The power steps were very easy to install. I highly recommend the plug and play wiring harness. No guess work, just plug it in and it works.

The AMP running boards look and work great. It took me 5 hours to install the boards and light kit. I used the plug and play module which made the installation faster and easier. I highly recommend these boards.
