Very functional and improve the look of the vehicle as well!

Reviewed By Daniel O (Sammamish, WA) Reviewed for a 2006 Acura MDX —1/29/2012 7:13 PM

Installed on my wife's 2006 Acura MDX. Packaging was color coded for each side. In my case, the brackets were the same for both the front and rear, although I had to unwrap the brackets and do the comparison myself as the instructions did not provide any information about which bracket was for the front and which was for the rear. I had to pry out a set of plastic plugs in the outside holes of the vehicle before mounting the brackets. Once removed, the brackets and nerf bars were very easy to install by myself. I didn't measure the total time but it was probably about 90 minutes. I have a 4 and a 7 year old and both find it much easier to get in and out of the vehicle now. Well worth the time and investment.

Running boards

They fit great, look awesome and we're easy to install. I would recommend these running boards. The only thing that we had to add was the tape for traction so that you don't slip.

Good, Cheap, EZ to install

Reviewed By Jim J (EVANSTON, IL) Reviewed for a 2008 Toyota Tundra —9/14/2016 11:47 AM

These appear to be identical replacements for ones I bought elsewhere 8 years ago. But cheaper price. Super EZ to install but I suspect they will start to rust after maybe 4 years like my old ones did. My old ones trapped water inside and rusted through. This is a 3" tube with bends and plastic caps on the ends. No complaints though. I'll just get another set in 8 years.
