Impressed with price and delivery time. Quality of packaging and condition of bars was excellent. Only complaint is that the directions provided by Westin were terrible and lacked sufficient detail. I realize that for a retailer/installer it becomes second nature - and it would be very easy after installing a set the first time. The directions included photocopied images of the install but were of such poor quality and were so small that they were useless. I actually researched and watched a video on YouTube (posted by etrailer.com) that was excellent. In the video, the installer highlighted that the brackets should be labeled by position on the truck (DF, DC, DR, PF, PC, PR). Only two of my brackets were labeled. Additionally, orientation of the gusset (fore or aft) on the brackets is important, yet Westin's directions never mentioned it. Until Westin writes better instructions, I suggest that you watch one of the videos on YouTube and/or talk to an experienced installer.
