Some things that work in the United States don't work so well in those small Scandinavian countries where there are as many reindeer as there are people. For example, the Chevy Trailblazer sells great over here. However, when GM took over Saab they tweaked the Trailblazer by installing the ignition between the front seats and changing its name to the 9-7x, and it just didn't sell. While Coca-Cola sells everywhere, apparently American SUVs don't. Instead of moving the ignition, maybe GM should have equipped it with Chevy Trailblazer nerf bars.
