Amp Power Step on my 2012 Ram Power Wagon 2500 Crew Cab

Reviewed By Steven S (Flagstaff, AZ) Reviewed for a 2012 Dodge Ram —12/10/2014 12:20 PM

I'm not a nerf bar or truck step fan so these are a great product for me and my slightly lifted Power Wagon. These tuck up under the truck and can't be seen when not in use and make it possible to get into and out of the vehicle without using your hands. I'm very happy with this product so far. The installation wasn't as difficult as I expected and the fact that on the 2012 you don't have to run wiring into the cab (nor purchase the plug and play module) was awesome.

the running boards match the chrome trim on my durango plus it looks like it came from the factory, i installed them by mt self the only hard part for me was attaching the two bolts to the brackets to the frame theirs not much room and i suggest the washers and nuts should be one piece thats including the bigger nut on to the bracket other then that piece of cake

Romik Running Board Side Steps Reviews

Impressed

Reviewed By Eric H (METHUEN, MA) Reviewed for a 2014 Dodge Durango —11/4/2014 1:51 PM

Overall I'm impressed with these running boards. They look very nice, but wish that the 2" extensions were not required for the SXT plus model (would be nice to not see any mounting hardware from the top or sideview), but apparently they're required for clearance. Installation was pretty straight forward, but I must say that the step-by-step video on YouTube was much easier to follow than the paper directions. Hats off to Romik for posting that vid.
