An elderly Sarasota, Florida man was darn proud of his Dodge Dakota. He had just installed a ton of new parts and had it running like the proverbial Swiss watch. However, his hard work made his cherry rig the target for a thief. Cops eventually caught the guy, who was also wanted for armed robbery. They ended up shooting the suspect in the head—the one spot where they were sure not to hit any vital organs—and the guy's now in jail. The truck, sadly, is a goner. We hope the owner was at least able to salvage his Dodge Dakota nerf bars.
