Looks pretty good but...

Reviewed By John V (UNION GROVE, WI) Reviewed for a 2012 Ford Edge —1/23/2015 2:06 PM

not as close of a fit as I hoped and as pictured...they do not stick out from the vehicle far enough for them to actually be useful as a step but if you are mainly looking for aesthetics like I was then they are great...the only complaint I have besides them not sticking out very far is the gap between the running board and the bottom of my 2012 Ford Edge Limited...the manufacturer used to have the same model vehicle and is sending me a rubber seal to close the gap at no charge to me!!!

Tricky Instructions

Reviewed By Daniel S (Keller, TX) Reviewed for a 2012 Ford Edge —4/26/2012 7:39 AM

Got my running boards the second time (first damaged) and spent over an hour looking for the right holes to install the rails under my car. On my 2012 Ford Edge, the holes were about 10" back from the wheels, and on the drivers side, were hidden underneath the cover. The instruction pictures were not accurate or helpful. If you order this for a Ford Edge like mine, keep looking, the rails can only go in one place. Looks good now.

They are brackets, what else can I say?

Reviewed By Christopher T (CLARKSVILLE, TN) Reviewed for a 2008 Ford Edge —2/14/2013 12:44 PM

The brackets do the job well, and installing the running boards on the brackets was easy as pie...however, the installation of the brackets on the vehicle is a little difficult, for two reasons: The instructions could be clearer, and the threaded tabs that the bolts go in are hard to hold while tightening the bolt.
