AMP Power Step Running Boards Reviews

Amp Research

Reviewed By Brian B (Prescott, AZ) Reviewed for a 2011 Chevy Silverado —2/18/2015 9:13 AM

The instructions could be much better concerning removal of door panels on 2011 Silverado (5 bolts not three). The key is to allow enough time. it is helpful to run a separate wire through the plastic tube when trying to fish trigger wires into the door panels. A damaged plastic end cap was quickly replaced by AR. Great product!! The position of the Amp running boards is far better than fixed running boards because they extend lower and further out when extended. LEDs work nicely.

Running Boards Are Awesome

Reviewed By Katherine B (DUNLAP, TN) —2/2/2014 6:39 AM

Traded a 2006 Sienna that had running boards that were factory installed for a 2013 that did not have them. The running boards from you were much better quality than the ones from the factory. My husband and son-in-law installed them in about 4 hours. 1/3 the cost of factory installed! Look awesome!

Good product

Reviewed By Brett O (PARRISH, FL) Reviewed for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee —4/11/2013 6:16 PM

They look nice and are plenty sturdy once installed. The instructions are poor and the mounting holes for the rear frame rail did not line up. The holes in the brackets were obviously drilled off center. Once the holes were opened up it went right together. Very impressed with how sturdy they feel.
