Raptor Series Stainless Steel Running Boards Reviews

Looking good.

I received the boards in three days, went to install them and found I was missing hardware, called AutoAnything and they sent a box of all new hardware and mounts within three days, installation went great, then I sat back with a beer to admire my boards and noticed a dent in the left one and two in the right one, my fault, I should have checked them first, I'm sure it was shipping damage. I still really enjoy them though.

Heavy Duty

These running boards are very sturdy and I like the grate style that allows mud and dirt to fall through to the group. Also, the boards are coated with something very similar to LineX. If you have LineX in your bed these match nicely. The only downside is the instructions are remind me of an IKEA set of instructions, as in they were not the easiest to follow.

Pleased so far

I have 2013 gmc diesel, you have to drop the def tank to access the wiring for the passenger side, I did have to use shims on the from mounts to even them with the side of the truck. Definitely will need mud flaps to keep debris off of them. I have the front leveled and the are the perfect step in and out distance for my wife and I. She is 5-5 and I'm 5-11. No more slidding off the seat. The parts I worry about breaking are the mounting holes not the step parts. I am happy with them so far.
