perfect fit

I can't believe how these change the look of the truck. These are perfect to help tie things down on the luggage rack. They also protect the doors from people who don't respect cars parked next to the them; it's easier to touch-up these than it is to paint the truck.

Excellent quality for the price

Only complaint is the mounting brackets are mislabeled. The passenger "middle" and "rear" brackets are really for the driver side.

Honda Ridgeline Romik Runningboard

Reviewed By Nicholas T (San Tan Valley, AZ) Reviewed for a 2008 Honda Ridgeline —4/19/2011 7:08 AM

These are by far the best looking runningboards that I have seen on the market. A few notes: 1) If you do not get the extension kit, these are more so decorative than utilitarian 2) when you apply the extension kit, these look much more like nerf bars than flush runningboards (personal preference) 3) the instructions are lackluster but, installation is fairly intuitive. Still, how hard would it be to provide a bit more detail? 4) as I had read on these posts, plan on a trip to your local hardware store for missing washers. Hey, maybe you can trade the extra nuts that come with it! I preferred 10MM washers (majority in kit are 8MM) 5) you will need the following tools - 3/8" ratchet, 1/2" closed end wrench, 1/2" deep socket, 17mm socket, work light, a level, tape measure, & an extra set of hands/or creative use of box to hold up running boards during installation.
