Aries Jeep Rocker Steps Reviews

very satisfied

It took me a long time to decide on rocker armor/steps for my Jeep. I chose the Aries because they look great, bolt on, and are priced well. They're a very solid steel construction, with the trade-off being that they add some weight. I used the Jeep's jack to hold them up as I bolted them on.

Exactley what I was looking for

Reviewed By Chad M (Dekalb, IL) Reviewed for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler —1/3/2016 6:42 AM

The bars were exactly what I was looking for. They look great and fit perfect. The installation instructions could be better but overall they were not difficult to install. I have only had them for a few weeks but so far so good.

Aries 3" Nerf Bars 1995 Jeep Cherokee 4 Door XJ

Reviewed By William A (Beaumont, TX) Reviewed for a 1995 Jeep Cherokee —1/2/2016 8:37 PM

They fit up good. Just like the instructions are stated. I did mine alone with the truck on the ground. No jacks. Soak the rear leaf spring front shackle bolt threads with WD40 ahead of time. A slot in the frame will allow this. Only loosen these bolts just enough to get the bracket slipped into place. Hang tube step with rear bracket as third hand then fit front bracket to tube step hold up to frame level to truck and mark holes for drilling. Boom done. A breaker bar and hammer helps.
