Lund 5" Oval Nerf Bars Reviews

My son installed these for me by himself in about an hour. All the parts were enclosed, the instructions leave a little to be desired, but doable. The four supports per side hold my 350 lbs without giving. They look great and really enhance the look of my Nissan Titan 4-door truck. I will recommend these to my friends.

Looks good, Hard to get right

Reviewed By Matthew B (Glen Burnie, MD) Reviewed for a 2008 Nissan Titan —6/3/2009 2:29 PM

Rails are attractive once installed. The rails, step pads, end caps, brackets and bracket covers are all separate. You have to drill holes in the aluminum rail for the pads and end caps these mount with a kind of pop rivet, you hammer the center pin and the back side mushrooms out.I had to trim the bracket covers a bit to fit under the truck also. If you are not tool handy you might want to avoid. $350-$375 is a lot of money to spend if you mess up on you hole placement. The end caps are slip on covers that are open on the bottom. This seems kind of cheap to me. Overall they look good, Nice that they are aluminum and will never rust, but I think they are expensive for the amount of installation work required.

Sharp look for my '13 Titan

Reviewed By Doug S (Ontario, NY) Reviewed for a 2013 Nissan Titan —10/11/2015 4:47 PM

Nice look for my Titan. Had to have a step to get in and out especially for my grandsons and older parents. I like that it's flat and wide enough plus it looks very sharp. Very easy to install as well. Reminds me of the side exhaust of my Vette.
