I just had to use 1/2 drill bit enlarge the rear hole because the bolt was to big for the rear hole, and the only issue.

I ordered these off the website sight unseen and had them installed for $110 by the Chico Subaru Dealer on my 2010 Subaru Forester. I am very happy with them. They do just what I wanted, which is allow me to step up and reach the roof rack to load it with gear. They will also protect the side of my vehicle from snow and gravel which flies up from the wheels. They work and look great, and are adjustable, which is a great feature. I am a completely satisfied customer.

not as close of a fit as I hoped and as pictured...they do not stick out from the vehicle far enough for them to actually be useful as a step but if you are mainly looking for aesthetics like I was then they are great...the only complaint I have besides them not sticking out very far is the gap between the running board and the bottom of my 2012 Ford Edge Limited...the manufacturer used to have the same model vehicle and is sending me a rubber seal to close the gap at no charge to me!!!
