"Installation manual sucks- had a hard time figuring the first step as all is showing are pictures which are not very detailed with no acoompanying directions step/step.the front steps are bumpy compared to the back as it has the longer bracket." —Gerald C from Geneva, IL bought a Romik Running Board Sidesteps for a 2010 Toyota Highlander.
"These Romik Running Boards are really nice. They look great on my 2010 Toyota Highlander and should keep me safe if my accelerator should stick and I go flying into a wall.
Kidding aside, the directions were really poor. Portions of them refer to color coding to describe parts in which none of the parts are color coded? You will also need some fender washers when attaching the boards to your vehicle. I tried to call the owner because some hardware was missing and he said he would mail the 35 cent nuts and bolts to me, which never happened and I wasn't going to wait anyway. Overall, very happy, just a little frustrated because it shouldn't have taken so long to install, 2.5 hours. Very bad directions!!" —Jeff J from Watertown, WI bought a Romik Running Board Sidesteps for a 2010 Toyota Highlander.
