Black Horse Off Road Cutlass Running Boards Reviews

So far I like them

I installed these about two weeks ago. I swapped out my old all black running boards for the all black BH. So far I think I like them. They come out further on the truck than my old set but I can actually tell a difference in the way it drives. It just feels smoother with the new set. Maybe it will slightly help with mpg as well.

Great looking Running Boards

These are great because they are designed to fill the gap between the RB and truck body.

Cold Night Running

So perhaps 14f isn't the most ideal temperature to be installing running boards, but you do what you have to do. Also, perhaps jabbing the vehicle raised, and doing so in the daylight would have eased the installation process. All of that being said, the problem wasn't the headlamp or the cold, it was the bolts. I get it, no one wants their mods falling off, but it was as if the bolts were just slightly too big. The amount of torque for each 1/8 th of a turn was mind boggling.
