American Cancer Society's 14th Annual Walk in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

This year, AutoAnything has chosen the American Cancer Society as one of its primary charities to support. And, October 16th is the American Cancer Society's 14th Annual Walk in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at Balboa Park.

Since 1993, over 7 million walkers have participated and raised more than $400 million to help fight Breast Cancer. Last year alone, more than 800,000 walkers across the country participated—including our very own Selwyn Klein, Barbara Klein and Jeff Hensley.

How is AutoAnything helping?

American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Relief Fund

How is AutoAnything helping?
Recently, AutoAnything donated to the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Relief Fund to assist them in their recovery.

Toys For Tots

AutoAnything is pleased to support the mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The goal of the Toys for Tots Program is to deliver, through shinny new toys during the Holiday Season, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.

How is AutoAnything helping?
During the holiday season, you can find a Toys for Tots “bin” located in our main lobby where you can make your donations. The Toys for Tots Program welcomes new, unwrapped toys and will distribute them during the Holiday Season to needy children in the community.

Experience Works

Experience Works improves the lives of older people through training, community service, and employment. Originally named Green Thumb, and chartered in 1965 as a small, rural demonstration program, Experience Works has grown to be the nation's leading provider of training to help low-income older adults, with multiple barriers to employment, get the training they need to find good jobs in their local communities. Experience Works provides services in mostly rural communities in 30 states and Puerto Rico.

Experience Works Strengths:

Helping older people who are low income or at risk of becoming low income
Using community service as a path to employment
Building strong relationships in local communities
Addressing the challenges facing older people in rural America
Helping older people make a positive impact on their community

Challenged Athletes Foundation

Established in 1997, the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) is a unique organization that recognizes the athletic greatness inherent in all people with physical challenges and supports their athletic endeavors by providing grants for training, competition and equipment needs.

Grants are awarded for a wide range of physical challenges, across the entire spectrum of sport. CAF does not discriminate by age, disability, sport or level of ability. The hundreds of athletes assisted by CAF range from world class athletes competing on an international level to those who are recently disabled and are intent on becoming more active.

By supporting with funds for grants and by participating in local Challenged Athletes events.

MaD Cambodian charity/NGO in Siem Reap

MaD – Making a Difference for Good! - a community based non profit organization registered as a charity in Australia, Cambodia & the USA. MaD works in partnership with rural communities with the primary aim of empowering individuals, families and villages with the knowledge and resources they need to build themselves a sustainable future free from poverty. Their work is focused in the Siem Reap Province in the North West of Cambodia, near the legendary temple of Angkor Wat.

How is AutoAnything helping?
By providing funds for medical and food supplies.
