While the early, classic Dodge Monaco was a huge success until the oil crisis of the 1970s, the newer Renault based Monaco was not a success, largely seen as a market failure. Not many of the later Renault-based versions were built, as it was only made from 1990 to 1992, but if you've got either version of the Monaco, you're going to want to keep them in good condition. To do so, one of the most important things that you can do for your vehicle is to remember to change your oil every 3000 miles, and to replace your Monaco filter with each change.
